Sorela provides wellness tracking, AI coaching, and informational support for perimenopause and menopause. By using Sorela, you agree to these terms.

Wellness Only

Sorela is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician about symptoms, medications, hormones, supplements, or treatment decisions.

Subscriptions

Sorela Premium may provide unlimited AI coaching, deeper symptom insights, and doctor-ready reports. Purchases and renewals are managed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.

Accounts and Deletion

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete account. Deletion removes app account data that Sorela controls, but Apple subscription billing records may remain with Apple as required for billing and legal purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Changes

We may update the app or these terms over time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
