Sorela is a wellness app for symptom tracking, AI coaching, subscriptions, and doctor-ready insights. This policy explains how Sorela collects, uses, and protects information.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as email address and authentication identifiers from Firebase, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In. We also collect onboarding responses, symptom and wellness logs, mood, sleep, energy, hot flash, brain fog, notes, coach messages, doctor-ready report content, subscription status, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the app experience, authenticate accounts, personalize wellness coaching, save logs and reports, manage subscriptions, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with applicable obligations.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and managed with RevenueCat. Sorela receives subscription status information, product identifiers, entitlement status, purchase environment, and related transaction metadata needed to unlock Premium. We do not receive full payment card details.

AI Coaching

Sorela may send relevant user-provided context, such as recent symptom logs and messages, to AI service providers to generate wellness coaching responses. Sorela is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or emergency care.

Data Sharing

We use service providers such as Firebase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and AI infrastructure providers to operate the app. We do not sell personal information and do not use data for third-party advertising tracking.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may delete your account in the app from Profile > Delete account, or contact support for privacy questions.

Your Choices

You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings. You can delete your account in the app, stop using AI coaching, or contact us to request help with access, deletion, or privacy questions.
